We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging. Please ensure all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the appliance in its original box with all accessories and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
